Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at SmileKit. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 30‑day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

Non‑Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods like food, flowers, or plants, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods including beauty products. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non‑returnable. The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the product you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14‑Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without providing a justification. The returned item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—and must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
