All orders are processed within one to two working days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £25. Orders below this amount will have a standard shipping fee applied at checkout. Occasionally, promotional free shipping may be available, and these offers will be clearly displayed on our website.
The estimated delivery times within the UK are typically two to four working days for standard shipping and one to two working days for express shipping, if available. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, promotional sales periods, or due to courier delays beyond our control.
Currently, SmileKit primarily ships within the UK. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact our support team at info@smilekituk.com. to receive a custom shipping quote and estimated delivery time.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery status. If you do not receive tracking details, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder or reaching out to our customer service team for assistance.
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, SmileKit is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect shipping addresses, or unforeseen events such as weather disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact our support team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
If your package arrives with damaged products or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and affected products. Depending on the situation, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
